  • Extra-virgin olive oil: tasting a top quality Italian production. Guided visit of an olive mill, guide of the olive oil making, from the harvest to the olive pressure in the mill. Olive oil tasting: the different cultivars.
  • Light lunch at Le Melograne Restaurant of the Resort le Tre Vaselle.


  • Cooking course. Haute Italian Cuisine through master Gualtiero Marchesi’s signature dishes.

The famous gold leaf saffron risotto, the black squid in its ink souse, the dripping of fish or the open ravioli: the chefs of ALMA, The International School of Italian Cuisine will guide participants into the preparation of these four amazing classics invented by the master of Italian cuisine.

  • Italian panino session. A chef demo to discover an Italian classic food “around the clock”, though regional recipes and food delicacies characterizing it, from the different kinds of breads and focacce (flatbreads) to the endless cured meats and cheeses, souses and vegetables used.
